On May 27, 2011, 3XP Web Solutions and Business Recovery Services reached an agreement where, on a case-by-case basis, 3XP Web Solutions would voluntarily provide refunds to their clients through Business Recovery Services in cases where appropriate.

Business Recovery Services did appreciate 3XP Web Solutions' commitment to Customer Satisfaction.  However, 3XP ceased voluntarily refunding dissatisfied clients on November 23, 2011.
