As for your assertion that you called "several" times, that's simply not true. I have checked my telephone log, and I find that it's truly impossible to determine EXACTLY how many you did try. However, that's only becasue you feel the need to "block" your telephone calls. Why is that? Anyway, I did receive two "blocked" telephone calls. Although these certainly could have come from you, I have no proof of that. So, I can say with great degree of certainly that is possible that you could have called somewhere between 0 and 2 times.
In addition, the two "blocked" calls occurred at 5:14 PM on August 14, 2008 and 5:15 PM on August 14, 2008. Given these circumstances, I cannot possibly see how you could even possibly claim that you attempted to call me "several" times. You tried "back-to-back" telephone calls. LOGIC would dictate to any intelligent person that, if I didn't answer the call the first time, then chances are that I wouldn't answer it ONE MINUTE LATER! Of course, all of this information can be easily documented.
Also, for your information, I will no longer answer blocked calls. I really want to know why an objective reporter feels the need to "block" her calls? Are you operating in a deceptive manner? Your behavior seems to indicate that you are. So, if you want to build credibility with me, then you need to come across to me as an objective, straightforward, and honest reporter. So far, you've done everything but that. After all, you backed out of our very first agreement. But, then again, I now know why.

It's very hard for me to believe that you would not be concerned about the deceitful and deceptive information-gathering processes used by Ms. Josie Heisner. It would seem that any reputable television station who actually reports in an objective manner would not encourgaes these practices, as highlighted in the E-mail that I sent to you on Monday, August 18, 2008.
At this point, it appears to me that you really don't care about objective news reporting. perhaps I am wrong. However, I judge this by the actions that you take when a situation is brought to your attention. To date, I have seen absolutely no action! Perhaps you encourage this type of deceitful and deceptive behavior at KNXV-ABC15. From your lack of action to even address the issue, I am starting to believe that you encourgae this behavior.
I guess I'll have to report it to the proper Federal and industry agencies to obtain resolution.

All you have done is confirmed once again that KNXV -TV ABC-15 uses dishonest, deceitful and deceptive practices to attempt to get the story. The "Pearl Harbor" approach that your reporter and cameraman attempted to use today is not the best way to get an interview. So, I guess the real question is "Are you trying to get the real, unbiased story"? Or, "Are you just trying to air some sensationalized piece of garbage?"
Joe, what you fail to understand is that I would grant your television station an interview if I had any reason to believe that you would air a factual, unbiased story. From all the actions I have observed from your reporters to date, I have a better chance of getting hit by a bus today than for ABC-15 to provide a true story. This "Pearl Harbor" attempt to get an interview is just another piece of evidence that suggests that you are not interested in the true, unbiased story. So, if you were me, would you provide an interview to ABC-15?
I know you guys are a little sore because I filed a complaint against you with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This behavior further solidifies in my mind why I filed those complaints against your television station in the first place. Because of this course of action, you can look forward to more complaints with both the FCC and the BBB for your dishonest, deceitful, and deceptive reporting practices. Hell, I had to call the police to get rid of your reporter and cameraman!
So, when KNXV-TV ABC-15 decides to attempt to provide an unbiased story about Business Recovery Services, then, and only then will I even consider granting an interview. Please consider this your only warning to NOT attempt to contact me. In addition, you DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to use my name, my workers' names my tradename, any image or likeness on your television station, or use the image or likeness of my place of business. Under these current conditions, and until you receive further notice, you are NOT PERMITTED and you DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to use any name, image or likeness of either Brian Hessler, the tradename "Business Recovery Services", any image inside or outside of the office of Business Recovery Services, or the people who work at Business Recovery Services, period!
It's obvious that you are not concerned about the dishonest, deceitful, and deceptive information-gathering processes used by any of your reporters, much less Ms. Jodie Heisner. It would seem that any reputable television station who actually reports in an objective manner would not encourgaes these practices, as highlighted in the E-mail that I sent to you on Monday, August 18, 2008. However, in your case, I seem to be wrong.

In addition, you need to address several issues regarding inappropriate behavior from Ms. Heisner before we can talk about an interview. These issues have been addressed in previous letters, and include the following:
1) "Blocked" telephone calls
2) Called "several" times
3) Not providing contact names and telephone numbers, as agreed
4) Not disclosing that The Better Business Bureau of Arizona was your contact. By the way, The Better Business Bureau of Arizona is not permitted to endorse, approve, or otherwise recommend any buisiness, product, or service. So, why would they contact you?
When it boils right down to it, "How can I possibly perform an interview when I cannot count on you to be straightforward and honest with me?"
If you want to schedule an interview, then please meet and satisfy ALL of the aforementioned criteria. Otherwise, don't come by my place of business again.
