UPDATE - June 7, 2010 - An Arizona Grand Jury has indicted Leslie Spencer Mersky on fifty-one (51) felony counts, including fraudulent schemes, forgery, and aggravated identity theft, in relation to his activities at Bankcard Empire.  Please check this link for more information



April 14, 2010 - Leslie Spencer Mersky has been charged by the State of Arizona with one count of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices and twenty-five (25) counts of Forgery.

Has Bankcard Empire ever suggested that you had signed a document that you swear you did not sign?  If so, then you could have been a victim of fraud, and Business Recovery Services (BRS) recommends that you contact the United States Postal Inspector's Office at (877) 876-2455.  Again, let Business Recovery Services know so that we can put you in touch with the proper authorities.
