Bankcard Empire is at it again, this time the incident was reported by ABC Television, KGO Channel 7, in San Francisco, California.  The article, dated January 25, 2010, alleges that a 94-year-old man was duped into spending $10,000 with Bankcard Empire and/or one or more of it's affiliated licensed companies.
