Of course, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) does not file complaints against itself.  Business Recovery Services filed a complaint against the BBB in October, 2008.  The BBB never acknowlegded the complaint, nor did the BBB answer the complaint.

So, how do you get an accurate report on how well the BBB is doing in serving the general public?  Of course, this website clearly indicates that the BBB isn't doing a very good job in providing accurate Reliability Reports about Business Recovery Services.
