BBB "LOSES" BRS' RESPONSES TO BBB COMPLAINTS

IT APPEARS AS IF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) STILL CANNOT MANAGE BBB COMPLAINT RESPONSES FROM BUSINESS RECOVERY SERVICES (BRS) THAT HAVE BEEN SENT OVER THE BBB'S OWN FAX MACHINE.  THE BBB HAS LOST SIX (6) BBB COMPLAINT RESPONSES FROM BRS WITHIN THE LAST TWO MONTHS!!!!!!

THE LETTERS TO THE CENTRAL ARIZONA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU'S PRESIDENT, MR. MATTHEW FEHLING, ARE ATTACHED FOR YOUR PERUSAL.  TO DATE, MR. FEHLING HAS NOT TAKEN ANY CORRECTIVE ACTION TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM.  ARE THESE COMPLAINTS IMPORTANT TO MR. FEHLING?

BBB Case: Mr. Eddie Rodgers

BBB Case Number: 7959784

Dear Mr. Fehling,

Today, I received a letter from Ms. Denise Fly which indicates that Business Recovery Services (BRS) did not respond to BBB Case Number 7959784 regarding Mr. Eddie Rodgers.  BRS categorically denies that it failed to respond to this complaint.  On the contrary, BRS has attached a copy of the complaint that was sent to Ms. Fly on or about August 28, 2009.

Perhaps the BBB should improve its filing system so that errors of this nature do not continue to occur.  This particular problem has happened to BRS on more than one occasion.  As a company that evaluates the performance of businesses throughout central and western Arizona, the BBB should lead by example and provide the exemplary customer service on which it rates every other company.  Unfortunately, to date, the BBB has not even come close to measuring up to this standard.

Based on this information, there is no corrective action that BRS needs to pursue.  However, the BBB needs to take corrective action and remedy the Reliability Report for Business Recovery Services.  BRS hereby demands that the BBB cease and desist from its discrimination of Business Recovery Services, and judge BRS on the merits of its work for once.

If you have any questions, then please feel free to call me at (480) 649-4251.

Thank you for your time.

                                                                                                Sincerely yours,

BBB Case: Mr. David Minton

BBB Case Number: 7992426

Dear Mr. Fehling,

Today, I received a letter from Ms. Ella Rawls which indicates that Business Recovery Services (BRS) did not respond to BBB Case Number 7992426 regarding Mr. David Minton.  BRS categorically denies that it failed to respond to this complaint.  On the contrary, BRS has attached a copy of the complaint that was sent to Mr. Michael Fehling on October 13, 2009.

Perhaps the BBB should improve its filing system so that errors of this nature do not continue to occur.  This particular problem has happened to BRS on more than one occasion.  Mr. Fehling, it is apparent that you are not leading by example because you have lost my initial response to BBB Case Number 7992426.

As a word of advice, BRS would recommend that you seriously clean up your own house before you even begin to worry about the condition of anyone else’s house.

If you have any questions, then please feel free to call me at (480) 649-4251.

Thank you for your time.
