On April 12, 2010, United States Postal Inspector Andrew Hathcock submitted an affidavit, which outlined the alleged fraudulent activities and schemes of Bankcard Empire and its affiliated companies.  The affidavit starts on Page 13 of this document.  This affidavit was filed in support of the State of Arizona's Seizure Warrant SW2010-003062 and civil case CV2010-019600.

As a result, the State of Arizona seized millions of dollars of assets of Bankcard Empire, its affiliated companies, and their corporate officers.  Unfortunately, this amount falls well short of the $79,000,000 that Andrew Hathcock estimates Bankcard Empire and its affiliated companies allegedly stole from the American public.
