June 2, 2009
Dear Tom Dehuff,
The U. S. Postal Inspection Service is conducting an official investigation of the following businesses, Bank Card Empire, Ultimate Business Solutions, American Marketing Strategies, Epic Commerce, LLC, TKI Web Solutions, Advanced Solutions Marketing, Red Clover Marketing, Automated Internet Group, and Advanced Merchant Capital LLC all in Arizona . The fact that such an investigation is in process should not in itself cast any reflection upon the integrity or reputation of the companies listed above.
In the course of the investigation your name appears as a customer to the business. It is believed this business sells business opportunities and advertising with the buyer/investor receiving commissions from customer referrals sold by Bank Card Empire or one of the above listed companies. This email is generated from customer records so it is possible that if you made multiple purchases you will receive more than one email. We are sorry for this inconvenience but we wanted to reach out to as many persons as possible that we have an email address. If you have multiple emails please select one email transaction to fill out and that will be sufficient for our investigation. You can mention the other transactions when you are filling out the questionnaire or simply reply to all emails and mention that you filled out the questionnaire already.
This questionnaire is self-explanatory. Please answer each question as completely as possible. Please furnish copies of all correspondence with the company including envelopes. You should date and initial all documents furnished. The person completing this questionnaire should also date and initial the documents furnished. If you have the ability to scan these documents please date and initial them and then scan the documents and attach them when replying to this email.
Please scan and furnish copies, of all related items, such as any advertising, envelopes, correspondence, canceled checks (front and back), and notes from any telephone conversation, contracts and any other related material.
If scanning is not an option for you please answer the questionnaire and reply to this email. A self-addressed envelope, requiring no postage, will be sent to you for your convenience for sending the documents to us.
If you have any questions feel free to contact Inspector A. P. Hathcock with the U. S. Postal Inspection Service at 602-223-3255.
