Maricopa County, Arizona Superior Court Judge John Rea correctly ruled in favor of Beverly Bixler in the lawsuit filed by Bankcard Empire (BCE) against Ms. Bixler.  Judge Rea's ruling in Case Number CV2009-028327 denied BCE its claim that Ms. Bixler had committed defamation, interference with contractual relations, and aiding and abetting against BCE regarding comments made by Ms. Bixler on a website called www.merchantcircle.com.  Maybe the truth hurts.

In April, 2010, BCE was raided and subsequently shut down by State of Arizona and Federal officials.  The State of Arizona has charged the man that several Phoenix and Tucson television stations have reported as the owner of BCE, Mr. Leslie Spencer Mersky, with fifty-one (51) felony counts, including fraudulent schemes, aggravated identity theft, theft, and forgery.
