PROFESSIONAL MARKETING INTERNATIONAL (PMI) BREAKS PROMISES WITH ITS CLIENTS
PMI frequently breaks its promises with its clients. For example, PMI offered refunds to two unsatisfied clients. Subsequently, the clients signed PMI's Refund Authorization Form/Release, believing that they would receive their refunds once they agreed to the terms and conditions of the refunds. However, after receiving the signed documents from the clients, PMI reneged on its agreements with these clients and decided not to give the promised refunds to these clients.
